Core Replacement Policy   Thank you for choosing MeltOnUS as your adhesives replacement parts supplier. We, at MeltOnUS, provide quality rebuilt products from the cores that you, our customer, provide to us. In order to maintain the quailty and efficiency in rebuilding cores, we must ask that you provide us with the following when returning a core: All systems must be returned with all the parts that enable the system to operate. The system core should be the same type of system that is being ordered through MeltOnUS. After receiving the core, we will inspect the core for completeness. ANY MISSING OR NON-REBUILDABLE PARTS WILL BE INVOICED AT THE OEM LIST PRICE. THE SAME WILL APPLY FOR PARTS DAMAGED BEYOND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. PLEASE BE SURE YOUR SYSTEM IS PACKED SUFFICIENTLY FOR SHIPPING. All module/gun cores must be returned for like parts. We will not accept one type of module/gun for another type. ANY MODULE/GUN CORES RETURNED THAT HAVE MISSING OR NON-REBUILDABLE PARTS WILL BE INVOICED AT THE OEM LIST PRICE.
